Baby…Healthy Baby, how ya doin?\u00a0 Currently, we’re on week 22!\u00a0 However, of note, on week 20 we learned your gender (to whatever percentage of accuracy gender is given) and have immediately started to refer to you by name!\u00a0 The BIG secret is that Kevin and I are the only ones who know your name =)<\/p>\n
Kevin leans down and says “Hello!…Hello!….I love you!!”\u00a0 My love, I love you as well!\u00a0 We await your arrival with anticipation!<\/p>\n
In preparation of your arrival, Kevin and I are going to the VBC today to BABYPALOOZA!\u00a0 Lots of info on babies, samples to try on baby, and there’ll even be speakers.\u00a0 Then, Kevin and I will be taking 2 classes through the hospital 1) Prepared Childbirth and 2) Parenting 101.\u00a0 I refer to the Parenting class as “how to keep your child alive tutorial” as babies are delicate!<\/p>\n
Kevin and I promise to give you our very best, sweet baby.\u00a0 With a heaping dose of love and nurturing we’ll get you oriented into your new surroundings!\u00a0 That, and prayers!\u00a0\u00a0Every other breath I have, like every other subconscious thought, is a prayer to God for you love.<\/p>\n
For, to have a deep, fulfilling life, often\u00a0involves a struggle of some sort or another.\u00a0 I pray to God that you\u00a0will be\u00a0equipped to overcome\u00a0life’s obstacles and \u00a0have a deeper, richer, faith and hope in the world\u00a0as a result of the experience.\u00a0 There are so many experiences that await you, love.<\/p>\n
For me, your mother, I can’t wait to have that experience of having you in my arms and your father by my side.\u00a0 That’ll be a doozy!!\u00a0 Blessed be, little one, Mama Ruthie<\/p>\n
